Our super berry smoothie uses frozen berries, which are an anti-oxidant mix of raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, and blackberries. or you can create your own version. Try different fruit combinations, such as peach, mango, banana, or kiwi and sneak in some spinach for extra greens!

We mixed frozen berries, almond milk, and 2 tbsp of Two Birds Bare Super Seeds blend. Just whiz together in a blender until all smooth and you have a delicious breakfast within minutes.
