Our Tale

Hello we are co-founders, Alison & Tricia, two friends who care passionately about healthy eating. We wanted to make our breakfast more healthy, filing, and delicious to power us through to lunch.

As we couldn’t find anything readily available (and truly healthy) we created our own super seeds breakfast toppers to give you a convenient healthy kick start to your day. Our toppers are all gluten free, a source of protein and prebiotic fibre so good for your gut.

We are on a mission to be environmentally friendly and proud that all our packaging is plastic free and decomposes back to natural elements (see our packaging for more details).
